Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Innovcarelife, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details for returns, refunds, and cancellations:

 

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements within 24 hours after receiving your item. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

  • You must provide an unboxing video to request a return or replacement. This is required for all returns and replacements, without which returns or replacements will not be accepted and you will not be eligible for any refunds.

We only accept returns if the order you received:

  • is in a damaged condition

  • is missing items

  • is a wrong item than the one you ordered

 

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days once your return is approved.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, unless the item has already been processed or shipped or is out for delivery. It is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. An order cancelled, will take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in the original mode of payment.

  • Perishable items: No cancellations are accepted for perishable goods, but refunds or replacements can be processed if quality issues are reported.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You must include an unboxing video to help us evaluate the issue.

  • In case the product is wrong or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Cancellation

To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation, please contact us at customercare@innovcare.in with your:​

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Unboxing video (required for all returns and replacements)

 

Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email with further instructions.
